Space Clearing

 

Every place that we live, work, play and love contains the energetic residue of everything that has happened there, as well as the energetic residue carried into the space by visitors.  Space Clearing is a sacred and peaceful practice used to clear, heal, shift, and revitalize the energy of homes and workplaces.  Using a client-specific combination of rituals and blessings, Tracy can remove stagnant, heavy, and undesired energies, replacing them with light, bright, and clear energy infused with your intentions and wishes for the space.

Ever get that feeling?

Most of us have had the experience of walking into a space and sensing heaviness or feeling uncomfortable for no apparent reason.  Human interactions, events like arguments and illnesses, and even people carrying big emotion can create “bad mojo” in a space.  Think of the situations where “the tension was so thick, you could cut it with a knife.”  Energy, especially that caused by negative emotion and intention, can be felt by almost everyone.

Space Clearing is a tradition

Our ancestors were aware of this phenomenon too–space clearing traditions and rituals date back thousands of years and span all cultures.  Prayers, blessings, and chants, burning incense and resins, smudging with sacred herbs, singing, dancing, and playing instruments are common techniques common to most traditions and faiths.

How

As a highly-perceptive intuitive and empath, Tracy is adept at sensing energy.  She is also trained in many clearing and revitalizing traditions, ceremonies, and processes. At the beginning of a clearing, Tracy creates a space clearing altar at the center of your home.  This creates a home base to anchor the energy and intentions.  She then meditatively moves into every area of the space, including closets and garages, clearing and revitalizing the energy with intuitively chosen tools and processes.

Tracy has a wide-range of clearing allies and helpers:

Sound ~ Singing Bowls, Chimes, Tingshas, Drums, Rattles

Essential Oils ~ diffused or sprayed with specially-prepared water and ingredients

After all of the rooms have been clear and re-energized, Tracy closes the session with prayer and meditation.  She then deconstructs the altar and leaves instructions or best practices for you to keep in mind moving forward.

The Process

Step One: Schedule a 15 minute phone consult to discuss your needs and set an date for our first in-person meeting.  Click here to schedule.

Step Two: Before our meeting~

• You make notes about your intentions for your home or office (and the individual rooms/people in the space)
• You hand draw the floor plan of your space (it does not need to be to scale or pretty)

Step Three:  In-person consultation where we tour your space and discuss your needs and intentions

Step Four: Preliminary distance clearing using crystals and your hand-drawn floor plan

Step Five: Tracy designs your clearing protocol and tools.

[During steps four and five, you can clear clutter, clean, ready your space for the clearing}

Step Six: In-home space clearing

Final: Two weeks of email support.

Private Homes

Houses, condominiums, and apartment clearings are 22¢ per square foot with a $200 minimum fee.  Spaces south of Downtown Austin may also incur mileage fees.  This investment includes an in-home consultation, a preliminary distance clearing, a unique and intuitively-designed clearing plan based on your needs and intentions, an in-home space clearing, and two weeks of email support. Click here to schedule an initial phone call.

Work Places

Tracy clears business offices, retail spaces, and fitness and wellness centers for 20¢ per square with a $200 minimum fee.  Spaces south of Downtown Austin may also incur mileage fees.  This investment includes an in-office consultation during regular business hours, a preliminary distance clearing, a unique and intuitively-designed clearing plan based on your needs and intentions, an in-person and after-hours space clearing, and two weeks of email support.  Click here to schedule an initial phone call.

On-the-Market Homes and Offices

A space clearing will increase the appeal of your property.  Homes and offices that are unoccupied and either staged or empty require less time and energy.  The investment to clear these spaces is 15¢ per square foot with a $200 minimum.  Spaces south of Downtown Austin may also incur mileage fees.  This service includes an in-person consultation, a preliminary distance clearing, a unique and intuitively-designed clearing plan designed to facilitate a graceful and expeditious sale or rental for the highest good of all parties involved, and an in-person space clearing.  Click here to schedule an initial phone call.

Homes that are occupied, but clean, staged, and ready for market are an investment of 20¢ per square foot with a $200 minimum fee.  Spaces south of Downtown Austin may also incur mileage fees.  This service includes an in-person consultation, a preliminary distance clearing, a unique and intuitively-designed clearing plan designed to facilitate a graceful and expeditious sale or rental for the highest good of all parties involved, and an in-person space clearing when the inhabitants are away.
