I had a Crystal Healing session with Tracy King and it was truly excellent. Prior to the session, she took the time to actively listen to what I hoped to gain from Crystal Healing. Then she explained what I could expect from the session and answered my many questions with an admirable amount of patience. During the session, I experienced waves of relaxation — Tracy was able to get me into a very deep meditative state. And afterward, I felt fully re-energized, centered, and ready to take on the rest of my day! I can’t recommend Tracy’s Crystal Healing practice enough. It was a truly wonderful experience I won’t soon forget.

My wife and I love seeing Tracy! We even take our baby to see her.  After a long week, doing a session with Tracy completely changes our energy and reduces our stress. I came to meditation bar for some assistance in meditation because I have a hard time focusing on meditating on my own. I was a bit nervous as the class I attended was 30 minutes. Tracy’s voice was very soothing. The class exceeded my expectations and it definitely didn’t feel like 30 minutes. I believe that is how it should be. I left Meditation bar relaxed and with the ability to handle my tasks for the day with ease. I will be coming back.

Wow. So relaxing. The singing bowls were heavenly. Didn’t want to get up when class was over and can’t wait to go back.

The coaching was just enough to learn but not so much that it was distracting. Although my class was via zoom, I felt comfortable enough to be vulnerable with myself. The sound bath was incredible!

Five stars.  Because I feel like a 10 post meditation! But also because I love how flexible it is to do from home.

Great virtual meditation experience! Tracy leads you smoothly into a relaxed sound meditation. The “sound” of the virtual meditation was just as good as in person.
